Our Farm
Where does your produce come from?
We grow most of our produce on our farm in Gisborne, what we don't grow we source from local growers. Our fruit is also sourced from local growers.
When is it picked?
Most of our produce is picked 1-2 days before dispatch. Produce such as onions, potatoes, pumpkins etc are harvested when ready and stored.
Is your produce sprayed?
Some of our products are sprayed and we only spray when absolutely necessary. None of our produce is sprayed close to harvest.
Delivery
When will my order be dispatched/delivered?

For Gisborne customers - We deliver only Wednesdays (order cutoff 3pm Tuesday) We are NO longer delivering Fridays!

For the rest of North Island customers - We dispatch orders on Wednesday. Orders must be received by 3pm Tuesday for guaranteed delivery for that week.

Where do you deliver to?
North Island, non rural addresses.
Shipping & Delivery
How do I change my delivery address?
You can do this by clicking ‘Manage Subscriptions’ then 'View Addresses'. You can then either choose from a saved address, or enter a new one. 
How do I cancel or reactivate my subscription?
Simply log into your account, click 'Manage Subsriptions' and select either pause, cancel or resume subscription.
What happens if I'm away?
Simply pause your subscription, then reactivate it when you return. Or email us at orders@tastyvege.co.nz so we can assist.
Where do you deliver?
At the moment we deliver around the North Island.
Can I order just add ons?
If you would only like add ons and no vegebox, there is an extra charge of $10 for Gisborne customers, $15 for the rest of the North Island. This charge may be added after you order.
How much does it cost?
Delivery cost is included in the vegeboxes for Gisborne customers.
For the rest of the North Island, delivery cost is $10-$15 depending on how much is ordered (based on weight)
Can I track my delivery?
Yes, once your order has been picked up by the courier, you will receive an email with all your tracking information.

What is the delivery timeframe?
Orders are overnight delivery
What happens if I am not home when the courier comes?
Our deliveries don't require a signature so the courier driver will leave you box somewhere safe. If you have a particular place you would like your delivery left, please leave a note on your order during checkout.
